Milestone Systems is the leading supplier of video management solutions (VMS).  We are a fast-growing international company in search of a maternity cover accountant for our Global Travel and Expenses department to join our Accounting team. 

As Milestone's Global Travel & Expenses Accountant you will be a part of a well-functioning Accounting team of 10 responsible, amongst other things, for implementing and managing global travel, expense and corporate card programs. 

The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of the Concur global solution and requires someone with in-depth knowledge of Travel and Expenses, strong business analytical skills and adept at communicating to technical teams and non-technical business partners.

The position is expected to be filled 1st November with a contract duration of 1 year.

Your Responsibilities
With more than 1200 employees across 25 countries you will work closely with all departments and will be expected to contribute to the success of our dynamic business.

You will be responsible for Concur Travel and Expense optimization, expense processing and payments, audit process compliance and systems optimization.  Your tasks will include:

Global Travel & Expenses Management:

System administrator for the Global Travel & Expense system (T&E), including focus on continuous optimization of the system and compliance of expenses.
Support existing and new users on how to use the system.
Timely settlement/posting of travel and expense claims.
Verify and post travel expenses in the ERP system (including VAT compliance).
Follow-up on outstanding credit card transactions.
Monthly account reconciliations.


Concur Global Project: 

Responsible for deploying common tools / solutions and processes for Global Travel & Expenses.
Ensure that the system is configured correctly and complies with all relevant internal policies, procedures & standards.
Work together with internal and external T&E stakeholders as needed to ensure the successful implementation with focus on cost benefit.
Your Profile

It is essential you have a Degree in Business / Finance or similar combined with 1-3 years of relevant experience from an international role in T&E or Accounting.
Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
SAP Concur and Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.
Team-player who enjoys working with people across different cultures.
Self-driven and results orientated.
Structured with an eye for detail.
Independent and resourceful self-manager.
Travel tech-savvy: Travel & Expenses expert and you stay on top of the latest trends in travel.


The position is located in Brøndby, Denmark and you need to have a valid Danish work permit.
