Road Logistics Business Process Specialist


We are looking for a Road Logistics Business Process Specialist to join our team in Taastrup, Denmark.

Your role
As Road Logistics Business Process Specialist, you will, in a strong collaboration with your team, be responsible for ensuring that processes, all good practices and administrative tasks are handled properly and in alignment with SOP (Standard Operating procedures), internal procedures and criteria. Furthermore, you will provide cross-functional services to operational teams and ensure service delivery. Lastly, you will ensure compliance to all relevant guidelines, industry specific requirements and local and international law within your responsibility area.

Tasks and areas of responsibility
• Support Road Logistics Business Process Manager in optimization and process ideas.
• Implementation of agreed initiatives in alignment with our Road logistics Manager.
• Monthly plans on development and progress of tasks optimization around department.
• Putting Road Logistics department processes into written procedures following KN guides
• Ensuring that all Health Care team is up to date with reading and procedures.
• Making sure all vendors are in alignment with internal practices.
• Participate in External Audits of our vendors together with QSHE.
• Leading presenter in Internal and External Audits for Road Logistics department.
• Defines and implements administrative standards for all teams.
• Invoicing, handling communication with vendors ensuring financial and administrative practices are in order.


Competences and experience
You have an extensive background in Road Logistics procedures and a strong belief in and focus on process improvements including the direct impact on productivity and quality.


+2 years Project Management Experience will be an advantage. In this role you will be responsible
for develop and support the Processes, and to succeed in this position you will need;
• the ability to manage projects and to coordinate remotely the activities of other people.
• Be patient and pragmatic in your way of working and have the ability to think analytically and systematically.
• have a pro-active and practical solution oriented working style
• have fluent communication skills in English, both verbally and written; Scandinavian skills are considered an advantage.
• strong affinity with required customer quality standards.
