Dine primære ansvarsområder
Som salgsansvarlig får du et tydeligt kommercielt mandat:
Opsøgende salg og opbygning af nye kunder inden for transport, logistik og lager
Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af eksisterende kunder og aftaler
Afholdelse af kundemøder, behovsanalyser og præsentation af løsninger
Udarbejdelse af tilbud, priser og kontrakter i samarbejde med logistik og drift
Tæt samarbejde med Logistics Coordinator / drift, så solgte løsninger kan leveres korrekt
Opfølgning på leads, pipeline og kundeportefølje
Deltagelse i onboarding af nye kunder for at sikre en god opstart
Bidrage til salgsstrategi, markedsindsigt og vækstplaner
Hvem er du?
Du er en salgsprofil, der forstår, at logistik sælges på tillid, driftssikkerhed og relationer – ikke tomme løfter.
Vi forestiller os, at du har:
Erfaring med B2B-salg, gerne inden for logistik, transport eller supply chain
Dokumenteret evne til at skaffe og fastholde kunder
Forståelse for transportløsninger, priser, kapacitet og kundebehov
En struktureret tilgang til pipeline, opfølgning og aftaler
Stærke kommunikationsevner og en professionel fremtoning
Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for egne resultater
Dansk og engelsk på professionelt niveau

At Dag Log, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development profile who will take responsibility for customer acquisition, commercial growth, and strategic partnerships within logistics, transport, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
You will be the commercial front of the company, working closely with operations to ensure that every sold solution can be delivered with high quality and reliability.

Your key responsibilities
As Sales Manager / Business Developer, you will have a clear commercial mandate:
Proactively acquire new B2B customers within logistics, transport, and supply chain
Develop and maintain existing customer relationships and contracts
Conduct customer meetings, needs assessments, and solution presentations
Prepare commercial offers, pricing, and contracts in close collaboration with operations
Work closely with the Logistics & Operations team to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
Manage sales pipeline, leads, and follow-ups
Support onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth start
Contribute to sales strategy, market insights, and growth initiatives
What you bring
You are a commercial profile who understands that logistics is sold on trust, performance, and reliability.
We expect that you have:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, transport, or supply chain
A track record of winning and growing customer accounts
Understanding of logistics solutions, pricing models, and customer requirements
A structured and disciplined approach to pipeline and follow-up
Strong communication and negotiation skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Professional proficiency in English (Danish is an advantage)
